Email Resubscription
You’ve been expecting emails, but they haven’t been coming through, you may have unsubscribed by accident. The below steps will walk you through how to resubscribe to the emails you want to see.
In the Block below add your email address.
Once added a notification will appear that reads “Looks like you’ve opted out of email communication. Click here to get an email and opt back in.”
Click on this notification, it will send you an email with a link.
Look out for the email in different folders, it may go to spam.
Your email will look like this
Select Update preferences to go to a page where you can opt back in to your previous subscription types.
Once on the page you can select the subscriptions types you’d like to be part receive emails on again.
Once you have selected the types you can click “Yes, Resubscribe me!”
N.B Make sure you have not selected the unsubscribe me from all mailing list option.
You should now start receiving emails from OpenExO again.
